Orders may be picked up from either our storefront or warehouse location in Ellensburg, Washington. Once your order is ready, we will contact you with pickup details.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase for a refund or store credit.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Due to the nature of artisan and handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and dimensions are considered part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.

Local pickup orders may be returned within the standard return window unless marked final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
